I’m Jennifer Paul, a REALTOR® with Lan Darty Real Estate, proudly serving Dothan, Wicksburg, Enterprise, and the surrounding Wiregrass area. I'm also a wife, mom of five, small business owner, professional multitasker, and someone who genuinely loves helping people figure out their next move - literally and figuratively.

Long before real estate, I earned my Master's degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University Dothan in 2003. At the time, I had no idea just how much that background would carry over into real estate, but it absolutely has. Buying and selling a home can be exciting, stressful, emotional, overwhelming and sometimes all of those things before lunch. Being able to listen, read the room, communicate clearly, problem-solve, and help people stay focused when things get a little chaotic has been one of the biggest advantages I've brought into this career.

And if there's one thing I know well, it's chaos - I'm a mom of five, so staying organized, thinking on my feet, and juggling about 14 things at once is basically part of my daily routine. 

I love real estate because no two clients, homes, or situations are ever the same. Whether I'm helping someone buy their very first home, sell a property they've loved for years, relocate to the Wiregrass, or figure out what in the world the next step should be, I want my clients to know they have someone in their corner who is going to communicate, advocate, and work hard for them. 

I'm not a "hand you off and disappear" kind of REALTOR®. I like to stay involved, answer the questions, explain the things nobody tells you about, and make sure my clients feel comfortable throughout the process. I believe you can be professional without being stuffy, knowledgeable without being intimidating, and serious about getting the job done while still having a little fun along the way.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, working on one of my other business ventures, running from one activity to another, or coming up with my next big idea. Life is busy, loud, and rarely boring - and I honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.

At the end of the day, real estate is personal. It's not just about houses. It's about people, families, new beginnings, hard decisions, exciting changes, and the place you call home. Being trusted to be a small part of that is something I never take lightly.
